How to make inari sushi
Ingredients (about 10 pieces)
Sushi rice: 1 go (approx. 300g)
Seasoned deep-fried tofu: 10 pieces
*Lightly drain the stock before use.
Preparation
Prepare sushi rice (approximately 30ml of sushi vinegar per 1 gou).
Lightly squeeze the seasoned age to remove excess water.
How to make
① Prepare the rice
For each inari, lightly combine about 30g of vinegared rice.
② Stuff into the deep-fried tofu
Add the rice to the seasoned age.
There are three ways to wrap:
Kabuse: To cover the opening of the fried food.
Triangle inari (wrapped): Wrapped in a triangle
Triangle inari (covered): Cover the opening with a triangle
③ Adjust the shape
The exterior is neatly finished.
Key Points
If you use long fried tofu (approximately 8cm x 6cm), use less sushi rice (about 30g).
If you fold the corners over when wrapping, it will hold together nicely and taste delicious.
