Method
<Material> 2 pieces
■ Seasoned tofu... 2 pieces
■ Sesame oil ... 5g
■ Mizuna ... 30g
■ Water ... 30ml
■ Sliced ​​cheese ... 1 piece
■ Black pepper ... Appropriate amount
 
① Cut the mizuna and cheese according to the width of the seasoning.
② Put ① on the seasoning and roll it. Use a toothpick to stop the winding.
③ Sprinkle sesame oil in a frying pan and bake ② until browned.
④ Put water in ③, cover the frying pan and steam it. (Approximately 1 minute)
⑤ When the rice is soft, sprinkle with black pepper and serve the toothpicks.
