Cold kitsune udon
Method
<Material> 1 servings
■ Seasoned tofu... 3 pieces
■ Udon... 1 ball
■ Condiments (grated radish, ginger, green onions) ... appropriate amount
■Mentsuyu…100ml (straight type)
 
① Cut the seasoning into 3 cm width.
② Serve chilled udon with ① and condiments.
③ Sprinkle the noodle soup on the udon noodles to complete.
 
◎ Just add seasoning to chilled udon noodles
 Finished in a voluminous dish.
