①I cut one share of taste tsukeageto scallion to a size.
②I season noodles soup and put scallion and I let people come to the boil and do it and put a beaten egg.
③If an egg becomes the half-boiled egg, it is arrangement completion to rice.
◎It is standard "Kinugasadon" in Kyoto.
Taste tsukeageno stock is finished to the bowl which worked.
