■Sesame…Appropriate amount
■Boiled mackerel…30 g
■Red pickled ginger…Appropriate amount
 
①I chop the taste tsukeageto green shiso to the size that it is easy to eat.
②I cut humidity with colanders, and the boiled mackerel unties it lightly.
③It mixes ingredients materials with a vinegar meal.
④I attach red pickled ginger and am completion.
