Mizuna greens cheese roll
How to make
For <materials> two
■I season it…Two pieces
■Sesame oil…5 g
■Mizuna greens…30 g
■Water…30 ml
■Slice cheese…One piece
■Black pepper…Appropriate amount
 
①I cut mizuna greens and the cheese to taste tsukeageno width.
②I ride ① to season it and wind it up. I finish winding it up and stop it with toothpicks.
③I pull sesame oil to a frying pan and bake it until I burn ② and am colored.
④③I pour water into this and close the cap of a frying pan and bake it in the roaster. (eyes cheap one minute)
⑤I hang agegashinnarisureba, black pepper and take the toothpick and am arrangement completion.
 
◎Salty tastes of the cheese match taste tsukeageno sweetness well.
 The texture of mizuna greens accentuates, too and is delicious.
 I can arrange it with favorite vegetables other than mizuna greens.
