How to make
<materials>
■yubaankake…One bag (200 g)
■Grated ginger…Appropriate amount
■Udon…One ball (200 g)
■Chopping fine leek…Appropriate amount
 
①I warm it with yubaankakeo hot water roasting or a microwave oven (I move it in a container). (indication, hot water roasting 1 minute 30 seconds/microwave oven 500W1 minute 30 seconds)
②I serve on metaudonniyubaankaketo materials.
 
◎I can have either warm and cool deliciously. Rather much grated ginger and green onion are recommended.
