How to make
<materials>
■yubaankake…1/2 bag (100 g)
■Rice…180 g
■Egg…Two
■Crab head…8 g
■Carrot…5 g
■Leek…5 g
■Salt…1 g
 
 
 
①I cut a carrot, a leek, the crab head to the size that it is easy to eat.
②It mixes ① with a beaten egg and adds salt.
③②I panfry this.
④③I put this on the rice which I served.
⑤I warm it with yubaankakeo hot water roasting or a microwave oven (I move it in a container). (indication, hot water roasting 1 minute 30 seconds/microwave oven 500W1 minute 30 seconds)
